Terms and Conditions

By enrolling with BPA Dance Studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrolments

  • Enrolment is ongoing unless cancelled in writing.

  • Classes are subject to availability and capacity limits.

  • Students must be enrolled and booked into classes via the parent portal.

2. Fees and Payments

  • All fees are charged via weekly direct debit.

  • Direct debit details must be kept up to date.

  • Failed or missed payments may incur a fee and must be resolved promptly.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel enrolment at any time by providing a minimum of two (2) weeks written notice.

  • Fees remain payable during the notice period.

4. Absences and Make-Up Classes

  • Fees apply regardless of attendance.

  • Absences longer than three (3) weeks that are not pre-approved will still be charged.

  • If your child is absent for any reason, a make-up class may be offered.

  • Make-up classes must be booked and used within six (6) weeks.

  • Make-up classes cannot be used for the class that was missed.

5. Medical Conditions

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation.

  • BPA Dance Studio is not responsible for injuries sustained unless caused by proven negligence.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour is expected from students, parents and guardians at all times.

  • Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment.

7. Uniforms and Dress Code

  • Students must wear the required uniform for their class.

  • Appropriate footwear and grooming are required for safety and presentation.

8. Performances and Events

  • Participation in performances, exams and competitions may incur additional fees.

  • Attendance at rehearsals is compulsory unless otherwise advised.

9. Photography and Media

  • By enrolling, you grant permission for BPA Dance Studio to use images and videos unless written notice is provided to opt out.

10. Changes to Timetable or Staff

  • We reserve the right to change class times, teachers or studio locations when necessary.

11. Liability

  • BPA Dance Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

  • Participation in dance activities is at your own risk.

12. Acceptance of Terms

  • Enrolment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • BPA Dance Studio may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will apply immediately.
