All enrolments are completed through the Studio Pro app.

If your preferred classes are not already listed, you can search and add them in the Class section of the app.
Your enrolment is confirmed once auto pay has been activated.
How much do dance classes cost at BPA?
Classes run on an hour based pricing scale.
Fees start from $18 per week, depending on:
Class length
Style
Level
All fees are paid by weekly direct debit only.
Payments are deducted on Thursdays, the week before your classes.
This system:
Keeps payments smaller and easier to manage
Avoids large term invoices
Keeps accounts automatically up to date
We do not offer cash payments, bank transfers, or term invoicing.
How do I set up auto pay?
To activate auto pay:
Open the Studio Pro app
Go to the More section
Select Auto Pay
Enter your preferred card details
Auto pay must be active for enrolment to be finalised.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes. A $50 annual registration fee will appear in your portal.
This fee will be charged on the first Thursday of your direct debit schedule.
What happens if my payment fails?
You will receive an automatic notification through the app.
Please update your payment details as soon as possible.
Accounts must remain up to date for students to continue attending classes. Ongoing missed payments may result in late fees or paused attendance.
Are BPA dance classes capped?
Yes. All classes have strict capacity limits to ensure:
Student safety
Individual attention
Quality learning
Once a class is full, enrolments close.
What happens if my child misses a dance class?
Missed classes are non refundable and cannot be transferred to another student or term.
Make up classes are not guaranteed and depend on:
Availability in a suitable class
Age and level
Space within the term
Can my child try a class before enrolling?
Yes, trial classes are available if there is space.
Please note:
Trials must be booked through the studio office
Trials cannot be offered in full classes

Is the end of year dance concert compulsory?
Our end of year concert is a highlight of the BPA experience and is strongly encouraged.
Participation is not compulsory, however routines are taught with performance in mind and students benefit most when they take part.
